Glenbrook Soccer ("we", "us") provides an automated soccer broadcasting service at glenbrooksoccer.com and app.glenbrooksoccer.com (the "Service"): you upload match footage from two cameras and the Service produces a finished, automatically directed broadcast video. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your footage or personal information for advertising.
The Service uses YouTube API Services to upload videos on your behalf. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: Google user data is used only to provide the YouTube upload feature you asked for, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.
You can disconnect YouTube at any time from your Account page, which disables our stored authorization. You can also revoke the Service's access entirely in your Google account security settings.
Footage, broadcasts, and service data are stored and processed on Google Cloud Platform. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service — Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (storage and processing), Resend (email), and YouTube (uploads you request) — and when required by law.
Matches and broadcasts belong to a team account. Members you invite can see the team's matches and watch or download its broadcasts according to the role you give them.
Uploaded footage and rendered broadcasts are retained for roughly six months, after which matches are archived and raw footage may be deleted to reclaim storage. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us and we will remove it, except records we must keep (such as payment history).
The Service is operated for coaches, clubs, and families recording their own matches and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Glenbrook Soccer turns your two-camera match footage into a finished, automatically directed broadcast video. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your team. Team members can see your team's matches and broadcasts at the role you assign them. Keep your sign-in credentials private.
You keep all rights to the footage you upload and the broadcasts produced from it. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, render, and deliver that content to you and your team.
You also grant Glenbrook Soccer a limited license to use uploaded footage and data derived from it to develop and improve the Service's automated video technology — for example, training and evaluating the ball- and player-tracking models that direct the broadcast camera. This use is internal to the Service: your footage is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never published by us.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Only upload footage you have the right to use, including any permissions needed for recording the events and people in it. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
If you connect a YouTube channel, broadcasts you choose to publish are uploaded to your channel under your YouTube account, and the YouTube Terms of Service apply to them. You are responsible for what you publish.
Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to access other accounts' data, probing or disrupting the systems, reselling the Service, or using it for anything unlawful.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Automated video processing can occasionally fail — that is why failed renders return their token. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service evolves, and we may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of footage — keep your original recordings.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: [email protected].
